Dave has provided invaluable advice, mentoring and coding services to AerData since 2007 when we first collaborated on the redevelopment of an existing application. We contacted Dave at Red Door Software to help us with two aspects of our Delphi development as Delphi is not our primary language - our skill sets are elsewhere.

Dave has been working with us since 2007 when he took over the maintenance and on-going development of a very large Delphi/NexusDB application.

Since then the application has been expanded considerably in scope and optimized in all areas - some monthly import & calculation processes have speeded up by orders of magnitude. Dave Sellers has worked with the Modes Users Association since 2004. He is largely responsible for the current form of the Modes client program, which was developed in Delphi.  Working under the direction of a development committee, Dave has used his initiative to implement the features that have been requested. This often required research to find relevant Delphi components or, failing that, the development of custom components.  All of this work has been carried out efficiently and effectively.  I would strongly recommend Dave as someone who uses his own initiative to meet the challenges posed during software development projects.

We've used Dave's services several times, to help us modify an old (Delphi) application that was originally developed in-house. It's not a particularly nice project to work on but Dave always delivers our changes, when we need them. He often suggests ways to improve the application and implements these when we agree them.
